Los Olivos, CA
This custom designed contemporary 3,900 SF residence is located on 20 acres in Los Olivos, California. The single story hacienda style design features an ample great room with vaulted ceiling. The west facing bi-fold doors can be fully opened to the courtyard to enjoy the temperate year round climate. Back-to-back fireplaces provide added warmth and ambiance. The exterior cement plaster walls, exposed heavy timber rake eave ends, and Spanish tile roof are at home with the gently rolling hills and native Oak trees.
