Entenza Case Study House Remodel and Addition
Pacific Palisades, CA
This project consisted of the restoration of the 1949 single story Los Angeles registered historic 1,600 SF case study home #9, and the addition of an adjacent 6,500 SF contemporary two story residence. The addition was designed around the original home’s character, site placement and views. The project included negotiations with city Planning & Development to allow construction of the new residence while restoring the original residence and complying with zoning requirements.
