Four Seasons Biltmore - Fitness Center & Spa
Santa Barbara, CA
This fast-track project consisted of the seamless introduction of a two story contemporary concrete and steel building of 12,000 SF to the 1920’s Spanish colonial revival building. The newly designed pool with custom ceramic tile lining and two Jacuzzi spas was set in a natural stone deck. The upgraded pool courtyard includes a pool service cabana, food service kitchen and bar as well as upgraded men and women toilet rooms and the requisite lush surroundings.
Jorge Machin oversaw the completion of the construction documents for the re-design.
