This fast track project delivery involved the conversion of 124,000 SF of aircraft hangar into a facility with design offices and manufacturing shops for outfitting the custom interiors of corporate jets.
The scope of work included the complete demolition of non-structural interior features, asbestos abatement, re-roofing, installation of skylights, creation of woodworking and machine shops, spray booths, design offices, lobby, and ADA restrooms.
