La Esperanza Hotel

This 400 guestroom hotel and convention project of 245,000 SF was proposed for the city at a prominent downtown corner. The project would include subterranean parking levels, two story detached convention facilities, Spanish colonnades, massing, tile roofs and courtyards. Colonnades would be used to effectively decrease the perceived height. The existing large conifer tree near the intersection would be preserved within a landscaped area dedicated to the convention center complex.
