Las Torres Hotel
Ibiza, Spain
This 210,000 SF 300 guestroom world class resort hotel is proposed to be located on the Spanish island of Ibiza at the marina. The gently sloping site would be terraced using native stones as is the custom of Ibizan construction. The tower elements (Torres) at each wing of the hotel mimic the lighthouses which have existed on the island for generations. The hotel wings terrace upward six floors toward the contemporary central lobby atrium which features a colonnade bridge connecting the hotel wings.
