Marsh Street Mixed-Use
San Luis Obispo, CA
This 18,000 SF mixed-use project was proposed as a two story complex of three buildings forming a sheltered courtyard. The design employs value minded details to create quality living and working environments by respecting public, semi-private, and private boundaries. The upper floor is dedicated to residential apartments and work force housing with units range from 2 to 4 bedrooms.
