Westen Building
Santa Barbara, CA
This project consisted of the full exterior renovation and remodel during tenant occupancy of a 7,600 SF 1930s streamline vernacular commercial office/retail building. In addition, doors, windows, roof, exterior finishes, and weatherproofing were completely replaced.
M2 Architecture is the Architect of Record on this project. B3 Architects were responsible for the design.
