Teachers Education Center, New Mexico Highlands University
Las Vegas, NM
This project consisted of a three story, $3.4 million renovation and addition totaling 42,000 SF. The project scope included the introduction of state-of–the-art teaching communication systems, as well as over 20 faculty offices, lobby, conference, and lecture rooms. Mechanical and electrical systems were fully upgraded, a new elevator was installed, and the exterior elevations were transformed to a style consistent with the campus architecture and master plan.
Jorge Machin was Project Architect and Designer for this project while with Lloyd and Tryk Architects.
